About the Process
-
We collaborate with you to design a completely custom body kit for your specific vehicle — then we build it and install it. Every design starts from scratch. No templates, no shared kits, no two builds alike.
-
It starts with an consultation. We work with you to visualize your vision on screen. You direct the details. We iterate until what you see is what you imagined. Nothing gets built until you approve it.
-
Timeline varies by project complexity. Most full builds range from several months to over a year from deposit to completion. You'll receive a specific timeline estimate at consultation.
-
Your approved design gets engineered into precise CAD files built on a 3D scan of your actual vehicle. Those files go to our fabrication partners who produce the parts. Components are then installed on your vehicle.
-
We appreciate the enthusiasm — but no. Every Esagerato build begins with our collaborative design process. We don't fabricate from external renders, third-party designs or reference images provided by clients. This isn't about being exclusive — it's about quality control. For a build to meet Esagerato's standards, the design needs to originate from our process, built on a professional 3D scan of your actual vehicle, so fitment, manufacturability and execution are guaranteed from the start. If you have a vision in mind, bring it to the consultation. That's exactly what the process is for.
About the Build
-
Depending on the component and client preference we work with fiberglass, carbon fiber, polyurethane and ABS plastic. Each material has different properties and price points — we'll recommend the right one for each component during the design process.
-
Yes. Any make, any model. The vehicle doesn't determine the vision — your imagination does. We've designed concepts for everything from American muscle to European exotics to luxury SUVs.
-
Yes. Every build starts with a professional 3D scan of your actual vehicle. All components are designed directly on top of that scan so fitment is precise to your specific car — not a generic approximation.
-
Not at this time. Every Esagerato build is designed and fabricated as a complete project through our collaborative process. We don't sell individual components separately — the design, engineering and fabrication are all interconnected from the start. If you're interested in a full build, reach out and we'll walk you through what's involved.
About pricing and Shipping
-
Full custom builds start at $85,000. Every project is unique so final pricing is determined after the initial consultation based on scope, materials and complexity.
-
A 25% deposit is required to begin the design process. A second payment of 50% is due upon CAD design approval. The remaining 25% is due upon completion before delivery.
-
No. The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. We strongly recommend scheduling a consultation before committing so you fully understand the process and scope.
-
Not currently. All payments are due according to the schedule in the signed agreement.
-
No. At this time, we do not offer shipping for components, either domestically or internationally. Components are available exclusively through an in-person consultation and require the vehicle to be present. To maintain the highest standards of fit, finish, and performance, all components are installed by us.
